Question Are your nylon watch straps waterproof?
AnswerAbsolutely. Our nylon straps were designed for use in fresh, salt and chlorinated water. The synthetic polyamide material drys quickly and absorbs a minimal amount of moisture.  We use ‘marine-grade’ 316L stainless steel hardware for the strap keepers and buckle, which is extremely anti-corrosive and will stand up to the harshest of environments.

We do recommend rinsing your strap in fresh water after use in chlorinated or salt water. We also recommend washing your watch strap in cold water with a mild detergent regularly.

Question Will your straps fit my wrist?
AnswerYes, our nylon watch straps should fit a wrist size anywhere from 6 – 10 inches.
Question What's included with each strap?
AnswerEach watch strap comes packaged in a MORA cotton pouch. The pouches are ideal for storing your straps or even watches.

We ship our products in biodegradable mailers. We don’t use any unnecessary plastic or cardboard to ship our products. We pride ourselves on being environmentally conscious and eliminating unnecessary packaging is crucial to the health of our environment.

Question What type of shipping do you offer?
AnswerWe currently provide free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

International orders ship via USPS First Class International. We charge a $10 flat fee for international shipping.

We typically ship products within 1 business day of receiving orders – some delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on location.

Question Do you accept returns?
AnswerWe accept returns on unused merchandise. Returns must be submitted 14 business days after the merchandise is shipped.
